-Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written, and interpersonal -Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Kronos, Web based Portals, company systems -Strong organizational skills to include -Ability to handle multiple priorities -Detail oriented -Willing to work a flexible schedule as needed.
-Ability to integrate and analyze data.
-Thrive within a team environment.
-Work well in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
-Maintain a high level of confidentiality, and work with superior degree of integrity and ethics.
Education and
Experience:
-Human Resources experience preferred -Experience with form I-9 and E-verify preferred -Administrative job experience required Physical Requirements:
-Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer -Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Job Type:
